Advances in Food Science, Sustainable Agriculture and Agroindustrial Engineering (AFSSAAE)

Advances in Food Science, Sustainable Agriculture and Agroindustrial Engineering (AFSSAAE) is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal published and managed by Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FAT), Universitas Brawijaya (UB). The journal is aimed to disseminate knowledge, innovation, science and technology, as well as research results in all the areas of sustainable food production, agricultural and agro-industrial practices associated with process engineering, biotechnology and bioprocess engineering, agricultural engineering, agricultural machineries, engineering management, engineering system, the environments, and related fields.

Since 2023, AFSSAAE is published four issues per year (March, June, September and December). AFSSAAE publishes original research articles, review articles, short communication and case studies. For more details, authors need to consult the Author Guidelines.

AFSSAAE is accredited second grade (SINTA 2/S2) for 5 years (2018-2023) based on Ministry of Research and Technology of The Republic of Indonesia (No SK. 85/M/KPT/2020). The journal has been indexs in Google Scholar, Crossref, Microst Academic and others international indexing.

Starting Vol 5 No 2 (2022), publication in the Advances in Food Scence, Sustainable Agriculture and Agricultural Engineering (AFSSAAE) is charged IDR 1,250,000 (or USD 80 ) for each accepted manuscript.
